Shunyamurti begins by asking the difference between a spiritual seeker and a spiritual finder, saying that the seeker has a human sized ego and the finder has a cosmic ego, and he goes on to elucidate the concept of Nothing, then goes into a metaphor of a car on a journey (ego = tires, soul = GPS, Atman = Driver), and says that the ego is terrified that Liberation from the matrix will be the end of jouissance, then speaking about the difference between individual mind and Mind (as infinite consciousness without thoughts—that Thinks!), and concluding on the role of art, as well as the pop songs that get stuck in our (small) mind.

Shunyamurti begins by speaking about the ego's main fear of being overwhelmed, discussing how this manifests at each of the lower chakras, he then goes on to discuss the formula: God = Knowledge, and that knowledge = information & intelligence, and how we get information from each of the three Reals, finally discussing the ego's defense against this by either pseudo-love or pseudo-hate, and the relationship among egos at this level.

Shunyamurti reveals that the sign of an old soul is having a broken heart. There is an anguish that one wishes to heal, but the heartbreak is a terminal wound, and the ego won't accept what is present—the loving embrace of God. The ego must be killed, and the presence of God is the only thing that will fill the heart, but the ego has cut off love because of the wounding, and in surrender and silence the divine heart can begin to speak.
