You Can’t Get Illumination—You Are That!

You have to grok this paradox: You must want Illumination, but wanting will never reach it. The wanting must morph into surrender. Surrender even wanting. More than that, surrender the thought that there is anyone separate from God who must surrender. When there is no I-thought and no sense of Other or world—as in deep sleep but fully awake—the Self is realized and nothing else remains, or ever was.
